Return Policy

30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts and paperwork included.

How to Start a Return

• Email info@shopcanyonsupply.com or call (602) 497-2474 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
• We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Because many orders ship direct from the manufacturer, returns sent without an RA number can't be processed.
• Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RA number. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping and no restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items

• Chemicals, soaps and detergents that have been opened or used
• Parts that have been installed or run, including pumps, unloaders, valves and fittings
• Special-order items ordered specifically for you

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled according to each manufacturer's warranty terms. Contact us and we'll help you file them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear.

Need a different part or size? The fastest way is to return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the one you need.
