A tube designed to hold small hand tools for quick access. Ideal for (HandySleeve complete, sill squeegees, scrapers, etc). Including 2 Molle's for attaching to the base bags or any of the other Smart Bag accessory bags or pouches. Webbing on all sides! As with all of our accessories, you must have one of our foundation or base bags to build from. Either the StandardBag or the Low-Rider/ Small Bag.
